The company was incorporated on 17th September, 2005 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and is a Bahraini Public Joint Stock Company, licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and regulated by the Bahrain Monetary Agency.
Nass Corporation is a result of the consolidation of Nass the Group’s core construction-related businesses, and strategic investors, who were invited to invest in the Company through a private placement, which was followed by an IPO listing on the Bahrain Stock Exchange.
